This policy explains what personal information is collected on the Protary website, for what purpose, to whom it may be disclosed and what your rights are, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its amendments (including Amendment 13).

What information is collected

When you contact us through the contact form, we receive the details you fill in: the department you are writing to, company name, full name, phone, e-mail and your message.

In addition, as on any website, the server technically records basic browsing data (IP address, browser type, requested page and time of visit) to operate and secure the website.

How the information is used

The details from the form are used only to handle your inquiry and get back to you. We do not use them for marketing mailings and we do not sell them to anyone.

Do you have to provide the information

You are not legally required to give us any details. Filling in the form is voluntary, but without a name and a way to contact you we will not be able to get back to you.

Who may receive the information

Your inquiry is stored in the website system and sent by e-mail to the company team. The information is stored with service providers who run the website and e-mail for us (hosting, maintenance and e-mail delivery), only as far as needed for that. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Cookies and third-party services

The website does not currently use any analytics or advertising tools, and the website fonts are served from our own server. The Google Maps location map loads only if you click “Show the map”. After that click, Google may set its own cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will ask for your consent in advance and update this policy.

How long the information is kept

Inquiry details are kept as long as they are needed to handle the inquiry and for the ongoing business relationship, and are then deleted.

Information security

The website is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the website management system is limited to authorized users. However, complete protection against every intrusion cannot be guaranteed.

Your rights
